She brings a background in law and human rights, having trained and practised as an immigration and human rights solicitor advising multinational companies, high-net-worth individuals, and working on asylum and humanitarian cases.

Through her work, Alisa developed a strong interest in how organisations can anticipate and mitigate risks to people before harm occurs. She has experience managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, and translating technical frameworks into practical action.

At Greenwood Place, Alisa supports client portfolios across multiple accounts, helping to manage grant-making processes, coordinate due diligence, and build strong relationships with clients and charity partners to ensure effective delivery of philanthropic strategies.
