TOM ADAMS
Tom is an entrepreneur and economist. Tom co-founded 60 Decibels, an award-winning, impact measurement and human rights due diligence company operating in more than ninety countries. 60dB helps leading companies, investors and social change organisations understand and accelerate their impact.
Tom has held senior leadership and advisory roles across impact investing, international development and the UK Government, including service as a diplomat in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Tom's work focuses on how evidence, capital and policy can be used to tackle poverty, expand opportunity and support more equitable and sustainable societies.
He holds an MSc from SOAS University in Development Economics and a BSc in Econometrics from Nottingham University. He is a regular guest lecturer at Saïd Business School, Oxford University,
